Technical support helps you look after your website after launch. Care checks whether it works and loads normally and alerts you to problems. Care+ adds small fixes and information updates. Care + Support includes deeper analysis and planned improvements. Support is optional and agreed for a one-off task, a defined period or a monthly plan, with no automatic subscription.

Checks, measurements and alerts so you know how your website is working.

  • We check that the website and its important pages load, alert you to problems and send a brief report with the next steps.
  • We monitor domain and security certificate expiry dates and alert you in time for renewal.
  • We test selected forms to check that enquiries reach the agreed recipient.
  • We check pending updates and available backups so you know what needs attention.
  • We measure loading on selected pages and compare results to identify slowdowns.

Checks and measurements are configured for your platform, hosting and the access provided.

Care includes checks, measurements and alerts. Repairs, setting changes, backup creation and recovery are agreed separately. The checks and response time are defined in advance.

Care+ €119/month

Everything in Care, plus small changes, fixes and straightforward speed improvements.

  • We update information, images and documents on existing pages using supplied materials - for example, contact details, prices or a new photo.
  • We fix minor page and mobile issues - for example, broken links, misplaced buttons or text extending off screen.
  • We carry out agreed routine updates to the supported system and check the affected functions.
  • We resize unnecessarily large images and compress files for lighter loading.
  • We configure available caching where the platform supports it and check the affected pages after the change.

Specific small tasks are carried out on the existing website using supplied materials and existing tools.

The workload, supported parts of the website and response time are agreed in advance. Tasks requiring extended diagnosis or changes to the whole technical foundation are planned and quoted separately.

Care + Support €169/month

Everything in Care+, plus deeper technical work and planned website improvements.

  • We investigate complex slowdowns - for example, a slow database, plugin conflicts or limits under higher visitor traffic.
  • We prioritise tasks with you and use available visitor and action statistics where they exist.
  • We fix agreed issues in existing code and settings - for example, unnecessary database queries or plugin conflicts.
  • We measure affected pages before and after changes and check important functions, including forms and the phone layout.
  • We improve selected sections and existing forms to explain services more clearly and make enquiries easier.

More complex tasks are delivered in stages within the agreed recurring workload, according to the time needed, access and platform capabilities.

Workload, schedule and response time are agreed in advance. Work beyond them, a new platform, a full redesign, complex new integrations, hosting administration and advertising campaigns are quoted separately. No specific visitor numbers, enquiries or search rankings are guaranteed.

Hosting, domains, licences, vendor fees and work beyond the agreed allowance are billed separately after approval. The Care plan is separate from the one-off website price.
