Privacy

Who processes your data

Personal data controller: [INDIVIDUAL’S FULL NAME]. For questions about your personal data: [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].

What data is collected

Depending on the form, submissions contain your name, email, phone number, website address, business name or address, a business profile or Google Maps link, task description and selected services. Demo requests also accept business coordinates. Not every field appears or is required in every form.

When a form is submitted, the server uses the IP address to temporarily limit excessive requests. A short-lived protected fingerprint is kept for this check, rather than the raw IP address.

Why and on what basis

Data is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and discuss the service you requested. Where a contract is being prepared or carried out, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or performing that contract. Protecting forms against abuse is a legitimate interest in website security.

How long data is kept

Enquiries and related correspondence are kept according to [RETENTION PERIOD OR CRITERIA]. If a contract is agreed, statutory retention periods may apply to the relevant documents. Temporary form-protection records expire within 10 minutes and are not an archive of enquiries.

Who else receives data

Gmail via SMTP is used to deliver enquiries and confirmations. The email provider processes these messages, and the hosting provider operates the website: [HOSTING PROVIDER AND LOCATION]. Arrangements for any access or transfer outside the EEA need to be specified: [PROVIDERS AND APPLICABLE TRANSFER SAFEGUARDS].

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, as well as restriction, objection or portability where the relevant right applies. Send your request to the email above. You can lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

Cookies and local preferences

If you accept analytics, the website loads Google Analytics 4. Google may receive data about pages viewed, your browser and device, and may set analytics cookies including _ga. Advertising features are not enabled. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded.

Your choice is stored in localStorage and can be changed through “Analytics settings” in the footer of every page. Browser sessionStorage temporarily keeps calculator selections and the state of some sections to preserve context during navigation.
